We therefore seek to work with reputable suppliers who demonstrate ethical employment practices and compliance with applicable laws.

We expect all suppliers, contractors and business partners to share our commitment to ethical business practices, including the prohibition of forced labour, child labour and human trafficking.

CineArk is committed to continually improving its approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We regularly review our policies, supplier relationships and internal procedures to ensure they remain effective and proportionate to the nature of our business.

This statement has been approved by the Managing Director of CineArk and will be reviewed regularly. CineArk remains committed to conducting business responsibly and working only with organisations that share our commitment to ethical labour practices and human rights.
